    [01_MISSION_LOGISTICS]

    What are the Difficulty Doctrines?
SecNav simulations are categorized into three technical tiers: Entry-Tier (5 CR) for verifying specific skill baselines, Pro-Tier (15 CR) for professional tactical execution, and Hardcore (50 CR) for hostile, high-pressure forensic verification.
Can I run simulations on a mobile device?
Negative. Forensic-grade simulation requires a physical keyboard and significant screen real estate for terminal operations and log analysis. Desktop environments are mandatory for mission initialization.
    Who builds the SecNav simulations?
Our missions are architected by industry veterans and synthesized using high-fidelity simulation logic. Every scenario is derived from real-world forensic telemetry and undergoes a rigorous multi-stage human audit to ensure operational realism and technical accuracy.

    [02_SUPPLY_AND_PROCUREMENT]

How do I redeem an Access Code or Promo Code?
Once you have completed your initial onboarding briefing, click on the 'Credits Store' (Wallet) in the left sidebar menu of your Command Dashboard. There, you will find the 'Redeem Code' section to claim your granted supplies.
    What is the Refund Protocol?
We offer a 14-day 'Unopened Crate' guarantee. If your credits are unspent, you can request a full refund. Once a mission is initialized, credits are non-refundable. For system-side failures, credits are re-issued on a case-by-case basis.
How do I procure larger credit volumes?
Primary supply is handled via the 'Scout Crate' (50 CR). For career-spanning verification, the 'Elite Armory' (1,300 CR) provides the highest volume at a bulk discount. For enterprise-scale volume or government procurement, please contact our strategic support node.

    [03_OPERATIONAL_PRIVACY]

    How does 'Recruiter Access' work?
When your visibility is set to Tier 1 or Tier 2, authorized recruiters can scan your public UID to view your DAR. They see your performance metrics and tactical logic, but not your private personal identifiers unless you authorize disclosure.
    Is SecNav a certification provider?
No. We provide 'Forensic Proficiency Verification'. Unlike traditional certifications which prove you can pass a test, a SecNav DAR proves you can execute under pressure in a live-fire environment.

    [04_STRATEGIC_PARTNERSHIPS]

How do I become a Strategic Partner?
We partner with academic institutions, security firms, and government agencies to map mission logic to their specific requirements. Contact our 'Strategic Node' via the inquiry dialog for partnership protocols.
When will Corporate Nodes be available?
The 'Corporate Node' (Shared Credit Pools & Team Analytics) is currently in final hardening for Q3 2026. This will allow managers to deploy team-wide drills and monitor aggregated readiness.

    [05_OPERATIONAL_ENFORCEMENT]

What are the Turn and Time limits?
    To simulate high-stakes environments, every mission has an enforcement window. Entry-Tier: 15 turns / 60 mins. Pro-Tier: 20 turns / 45 mins. Hardcore: 30 turns / 40 mins.
What happens if I exceed these limits?
The 'Simulation Terminator' will automatically sever the tactical uplink upon breach of either threshold. A partial DAR will be generated based on your performance up to that timestamp, reflecting your efficiency under technical constraints.

    [06_CREDENTIAL_VERIFICATION]

How do I verify a SecNav achievement post I found on LinkedIn or X?
Every SecNav achievement post contains a unique verification code beginning with SECB-. Navigate to secnavpro.com/verify, paste the code into the search box, and the system will confirm whether the post was generated by SecNav and display the operator callsign it was issued to. If the post author's name does not match the verified callsign, the credential does not belong to them.
I received an email claiming to be from SecNav. How do I confirm it is authentic?
Every email dispatched by SecNav includes an anti-phishing verification code beginning with SECE- in the footer. Navigate to secnavpro.com/verify, enter the code, and the system will confirm whether the email was sent by SecNav, display the communication category (e.g. Password Reset or Welcome), and show the exact dispatch timestamp. Email verification codes expire after 30 days by design, as the underlying action is complete by then.
Can someone copy my achievement post and claim it as theirs?
No. Every verification credential is cryptographically bound to the operator callsign at the time of generation. If someone copies your post and shares it under their name, any recruiter who clicks the verify link will see your callsign displayed — not the person sharing it. The impostor is immediately exposed.
What is a DAR verification seal and how does a recruiter view it?
A Decision Action Report (DAR) is SecNav's forensic record of your simulation execution. Each DAR carries a unique verification seal (beginning with SECD-) that can be checked at secnavpro.com/verify. If the DAR is confirmed authentic, a 'View Full DAR Report' button appears, linking the recruiter to the full public credential page. Sensitive personal data is never displayed on public-facing verification pages.
