TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

The SecNav Forensic Platform is owned and operated by Security Career Navigator. By accessing the platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Engagement. You represent that you are a security professional or candidate acting with lawful intent for the purpose of skill verification and career navigation.

SecNav utilizes a credit-based supply model ('Credits' or 'Crates'). All supply orders are handled by Lemon Squeezy on behalf of Security Career Navigator. Purchases grant a license to deploy simulation environments and generate Decision Action Reports (DARs).

Unused/Unspent Credits: Requests for refunds on unspent supply crates may be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are reviewed case-by-case. Used Credits: Once a mission deployment is initialized and credits are consumed, all sales are final and non-refundable.

In the event of technical simulation failure (server-side error, connection drop), SecNav will audit mission logs. If verified, SecNav will re-issue the consumed credits to the user's armory. No monetary refunds will be issued for simulation technical errors.

Users own the record of their achievements and verified skills. SecNav retains exclusive ownership of the Forensic Methodology, Simulation Logic, Simulation Environments, and the DAR badge architecture and format.

Reverse-engineering the simulation engine, utilizing automated bots for skill verification, or falsifying forensic telemetry is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and revocation of all DARs.

SecNav provides promotional rebate credits and discount vouchers via third-party partner agreements. Rebate credits applied to your wallet hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire exactly 30 days after issuance. SecNav reserves the right to void any pending or granted rebates in cases of suspected system manipulation, bot automation, or duplicate referral click-farming.

Verification credentials issued by SecNav (including signed email records, achievement milestone posts, and Decision Action Report seals) are bound to the operator callsign at the time of issuance and cannot be reassigned or transferred. Presenting, sharing, or publishing a SecNav verification credential to misrepresent a different identity constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate credential revocation and account suspension. Attempting to forge, tamper with, or reverse-engineer a verification credential is strictly prohibited.
