01_VISIBILITY_ACCESS_CONTROL_LIST
Tier 0: Dark Mode [Private]
Maximum operational security. Only a Unique Identifier (UID) exists in the registry. No skill data or forensic results are visible to any third party without a direct, time-limited invite link.
Tier 1: Verified Discovery [Recruiter]
Authorized entities with Recruiter Node access can view deep-dive forensic telemetry, including mission logs and logic scores, to facilitate hiring and talent verification.
Tier 2: Global Beacon [Public]
Full-spectrum visibility. Your Decision Action Report (DAR) is indexed and publicly verifiable, optimized for sharing on professional networks and resumes.

Forensic Data Collection
We collect telemetry during simulation deployments (timing, logic paths, technical accuracy) to generate your skill DNA. This data is cryptographically hashed and linked to your UID.
Payment Processing
SecNav utilizes Lemon Squeezy as its primary Merchant of Record on behalf of Security Career Navigator. All payment data is processed on their secure infrastructure. SecNav never sees or stores your credit card information.
Data Impartiality
SecNav is a neutral verification engine. We do not sell user skill data to third-party advertisers. Your forensic record is your own asset, governed by your selected Visibility Tier.
Simulation Logic & AI Actors
SecNav utilizes AI actors (ATA AI) to drive mission scenarios and simulate real-world forensic challenges. Data processed during missions is used solely to generate simulation responses and verify your tactical decision-making logic.
Referrals & Partner Programs
To support our simulation ecosystem, we integrate with affiliate networks (such as Impact.com, CJ Affiliate, and PartnerStack) to offer discounted courses and rebate credits. If you click on an external course partner link and make a purchase, we transmit an anonymous click identifier to log the transaction. No personal identifying information (PII) or credit card data is ever shared with these networks.
Verification Credentials & Retention
SecNav issues signed verification credentials for emails, achievement posts, and Decision Action Reports (DARs). These credentials are stored in an isolated registry separate from your personal profile data. No names, email addresses, or internal identifiers are included in publicly visible verification records. Email verification credentials expire automatically after 30 days. Achievement and DAR credentials are retained permanently as they represent long-term professional records. You may request deletion of your verification records at any time by contacting our Privacy Office.
