Billing & Crates
Refund & Credit Policy
SecNav Career Navigator offers a 7-day 'No Questions Asked' refund policy for simulation credit purchases, provided no credits from the package have been consumed. If a simulation fails due to technical issues, a full credit reversal will be issued upon review of telemetry logs.
Terms of Engagement & ROE
Under the Rules of Engagement (ROE), simulation crates are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Requests for refunds of unspent supply crates are valid within 14 days of purchase. Once a simulation is initialized and credits are consumed, the sale is final. In case of verified technical simulation failures, credits are re-issued to the armory; no cash refunds are issued for technical interrupts.
Account & Access
Account Access & 2FA
Users can reset their password via the login portal. If 2FA is lost, users must provide their secure identity UUID (found in their welcome email) to support staff to initiate a manual 2FA reset.
Email Delivery & Suppression Blocks
To protect our domain delivery reputation, SecNav automatically adds email addresses that result in permanent bounces or register spam complaints to a global suppression blocklist. When an address is suppressed, all outbound emails (including OTPs and password resets) are blocked. If you are not receiving emails, please check if your mailbox was full or if a message was marked as spam. To get unblocked, contact support, and our staff will audit your status and manually reset your email communications preferences.
Privacy & Cookies
Privacy Protocol & Visibility Tiers
SecNav collects simulation telemetry (timing, logic paths, choices) cryptographically linked to a user's Unique Identifier (UID). Under the Visibility Access Control list: Tier 0 (Dark Mode) hides all data, requiring a direct invite link; Tier 1 (Verified Discovery) allows recruiter node access to view telemetry; Tier 2 (Global Beacon) indexes the Digital Audit Report (DAR) for public networks. Payment processing is managed securely by Lemon Squeezy; SecNav never stores card details.
Cookie & Session Governance
SecNav uses cookies classified into: 1. Essential Cookies: Required for core logins, sessions, and securing simulations. These cookies allow our Tactical Probe behavioral engine (which tracks telemetry parameters like focus loss and input velocity) to securely bind to your active simulation deployment. Disabling essential cookies blocks session initialization and simulation entry. 2. Analytics Cookies: Track popular missions and improve UX. Users can manage cookies via browser preferences.
System Audits
Infrastructure Security & KMS Signing
SecNav uses AES-256 for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for transit. Decision-Action Reports (DARs) are cryptographically signed using Google Cloud KMS to prevent forgery. Services are deployed on Google Cloud Run in the us-central1 region. Compliance alignment includes SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA storage. Security vulnerabilities can be reported directly to [email protected].
Simulation Rules
Simulation Termination & Security Flags Guide
A SecNav simulation session can be terminated or flagged as breached under the following conditions: 1. Temporal and Operational Limits (Normal Termination): - Time Exhaustion: Reaching the maximum time limit (timeout) defined for the mission. - Turn Exhaustion: Exceeding the maximum allowed narrative turn count. These represent normal mission completions. 2. Real-Time Monitor Failures (Grader/Trust Engine): - Negative Guardrails: Violating specific constraints in grader.py, such as breaking operational role parameters, utilizing prohibited tactics, or failing to maintain professional ROE protocols. - State Transitions: Triggering a critical path failure node in the logic machine when an action results in a fatal compromise. 3. Client-Side Telemetry Breaches (Tactical Probe): - DevTools Trap: Opening the browser developer console/inspector. - Screenshot/Key Violations: Pressing print screen or standard inspect shortcuts. - Environmental Focus Loss: Excessive tab switching or backgrounding that causes browser throttling.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Role Readiness Index (RRI) Overview
The Role Readiness Index (RRI) measures a user's progress and alignment with their selected career trajectory. RRI evaluates the user's verified skill levels against target profile requirements, applying weights based on relevance. Gaps in critical trajectory skills apply deductions to the overall readiness score. The RRI score is visible on the user dashboard and profile page.
